Edge Knife Sharpener
Product Description
The Edge Knife sharpener is for stainless steel knives only. The handle and rubberized feet allow you to hold it sturdy to the counter without slipping. Simply pull knife through slit (towards you) to sharpener. The Sharpener is not suitable for Asian, coated, ceramic knives, or scissors. Clean sharpener with a clean, dry cloth. Do not clean with water or liquids as this can cause damage to the sharpener.
To use:
1. Place Sharpener on its rubber feet on a level non-slip surface. Ensure that the knife to be sharpened is clean.
2. Hold the Sharpener handle part in such a way that thumb and index meet and apply light downward pressure.
3. Introduce the knife blade into the slit horizontally, at a 90 degree angle, from the handle end. Exerting light pressure, draw the knife through the rollers in the direction of the arrow (towards your body) all the way to the tip of the blade. Depending on the degree of the bluntness, repeat procedure up to five times.
4. Check sharpening results by performing a cutting test with a piece of paper.
