Pedrini Italian Espresso Pot - Stovetop espresso maker, Italian aluminium - Black in 4 sizes

Product Description

The Pedrini Espresso Moka pot is perfect for anyone who loves authentic Italian design and the taste of real coffee that these Italian stovetop espresso makers (or expresso makers) produce. The Pedrini will give you the best Italian expresso and will make your coffee experience perfect every time. This expresso machine is a single cup coffee pot that is made from food safe aluminium with heat resistant handle and knob, and a non-toxic silicon gasket seal. Coarse coffee grounds should be used with the expresso pot, although, it's recommended that you grind your own coffee grounds in your coffee grinder and test them out in your Pedrini to find your preference. Any barista would say that the Pedrini is one of the best espresso makers consumers can buy. The Pedrini espresso pot will create espresso coffee that tastes better than any electric espresso maker. Replacement parts are available for the silicon gasket and filter funnel. Double walled espresso cups are also available from Grosche.

The Pedrini is not to be used on induction stove tops.

Making espresso in your stovetop espresso pot

  1. Remove the top part of the espresso maker and the filter funnel insert
  2. Pour fresh water in the lower portion of the stove top espresso maker up to the valves level
  3. Place the funnel back in the pot and fill with coarse ground espresso coffee
  4. Screw the top part of the coffee maker back onto the lower portion firmly
  5. Place the coffee maker on the stove at a high setting (if it's a gas stove, make sure the flame is under the coffee pot bottom as to not burn the handle of the espresso maker)
  6. Wait a few minutes and when you hear the bubbling sound, lower the heat
  7. Coffee is ready when bubbling sound has decreased and the top portion of the coffee maker is filled with coffee
  8. Once bubbling sound has decreased and the top portion of the coffee maker is filled with coffee, remove from heat immediately (carefully as the pot will be very hot)
  9. Pour and enjoy your freshly brewed espresso!

Care

  • Do not allow water to sit in the coffee maker when not in use
  • Make sure to clean and dry thoroughly after use and do not allow coffee maker to air dry as this can cause corrosion to the aluminium.
  • Do not put coffee maker in the dishwasher. Hand wash all parts with warm soapy water or with vinegar and lemon juice.
