Organic Slimming Oolong

Introducing China's most popular oolong. What makes it so popular is that it tastes great and according to some research it has slimming properties. The leaf is semi-fermented meaning that in terms of colour and flavour, it falls roughly mid-way between black and green teas. Organic teas are grown by: 1. Abstinence from using any synthetic fertilizer or pesticide, 2. Protection of lands surrounding gardens, 3. Minimization of pollution and optimize biological productivity, 4. Replenishment and maintenance of garden soil fertility, 5. Promotion of biodiversity in and around the gardens.
To make hot tea: Put 1 slightly heaping tsp. of loose tea for each 250ml of water in the teapot. Briefly infuse with freshly boiled water and then pour off. Re-infuse the tea and pour after about 1 minute or longer of infusion.
