Pai Mu Tan
Product Description
Since the early days of export, white tea's processing style has largely remained unchanged - fresh leaf is delivered to the factory on foot, whitered and dried naturally - no further attention required. Pai Mu Tan is an excellent example of this simple production. The full leaf ranges from pale green to silvery. The contrast between the leaves gives the tea a very natural look that in turn gives way to a very pure and natural cup.
To make hot tea: Put 1 slightly heaping tsp of loose tea for each 250ml of water in the teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over tea. Steep 3-7 mins.
